Section 410 IAC 29-1-8 - "Clearance examination" defined

Sec. 8.

"Clearance examination" means an activity conducted by a clearance examiner, lead inspector, or risk assessor who is licensed under IC 13-17-14 to establish proper completion of interim controls (as defined in 24 CFR 35.110) .
