Section 410 IAC 29-1-10 - "Confirmed blood lead test" defined

Sec. 10.

"Confirmed blood lead test" means either of the following:

(1) Two (2) consecutive capillary blood lead tests not more than twelve (12) weeks apart.

(2) A single venous blood lead test.
