Section 410 IAC 27-1-22 - "Staffing physician" defined

Sec. 22.

"Staffing physician" means an individual licensed under IC 25-23-1 who has entered into a practice agreement with a certified nurse midwife as required by IC 25-23-1-19.5(b) [sic., IC 25-23-1-19.4(b) ].
