Section 410 IAC 26.5-6-1 - Administration

Sec. 1.

The clinic administrator is responsible for day-to-day operations of the abortion clinic to include, but not be limited to, the following functions:

(1) Employing qualified staff:

(A) commensurate with assigned duties and responsibilities; and

(B) in accordance with the employee's:

(i) licensure;

(ii) certification;

(iii) experience; and

(iv) competence.

(2) Ensuring that sufficient staff is present to provide quality patient care.

(3) Implementation of internal and external disaster and emergency preparedness plans with documentation of outcome.
