Section 410 IAC 26.5-11-2 - Nursing services

Sec. 2.

If the clinic employs licensed nurses, the clinic must ensure the following:

(1) Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses are currently licensed in Indiana.

(2) Nursing personnel meet annual in service requirements as established by clinic and federal and state requirements.
