Sec. 4.

(a) Group and parent counseling and education shall be provided as indicated in the facility's policy manual to aid in promoting the education of and consultation with the parents. The facility shall notify the educational authority of the admission of a child to the facility and shall comply with applicable state department of public instruction statutes and rules.
(b) For purposes of IC 16-28-5-1, a breach of subsection (a) is a nonconformance.
