Section 410 IAC 16.2-1.1-77 - "Total assistance with toileting" defined

Sec. 77.

"Total assistance with toileting" means that the resident requires continual observation using the toilet room (or bedpan, bedside commode, or urinal) and is unable to cleanse himself or herself after elimination.
