Section 410 IAC 16.2-1.1-37 - "Medical records practitioner" defined

Sec. 37.

"Medical records practitioner" means a person who is certified as or is eligible for certification as a registered health information administrator (RHIA) or an [sic., a] registered health information technician (RHIT) by the American Health Information Management Association under its requirements.
