Section 410 IAC 15.1-1-7 - Compliance with laws

Sec. 7.

Registration of a health care entity under this rule does not exempt a health care:

(1) professional from the:

(A) licensure;

(B) certification; and

(C) registration;

requirements of IC 25; or

(2) service from applicable requirements of IC 16 or IC 25.
