Section 410 IAC 15.1-1-2 - "Health care entity" defined

Sec. 2.

As used in this article, "health care entity" means an entity that:

(1) is registered or licensed as a health care entity under the laws of:

(A) another state;

(B) a foreign country; or

(C) a province of a foreign country; and

(2) provides health care services, including the performance of health care tests, in a mobile facility or temporary location for a short period of time.
