Section 410 IAC 1-7-12 - Obtaining consent

Sec. 12.

The provider shall do the following:

(1) Follow the procedures for obtaining consent of the pregnant patient as detailed in IC 16-41-6-8.

(2) Inform the pregnant patient of her options under IC 16-41-6-7.
