Sec. 35.
(a) All dyes or pigments used in tattooing shall be from professional suppliers specifically providing dyes or pigments for the tattooing of human skin.(b) In preparing dyes or pigments to be used by tattoo artists, only nontoxic, sterile materials shall be used.
