Section 410 IAC 1-2.5-73 - "Tuberculosis disease" defined

Sec. 73.

"Tuberculosis disease" means disease in a person with tuberculosis infection in whom symptoms, signs, or radiographic manifestations caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis are apparent. Disease may be pulmonary or extrapulmonary, or both.
