Section 410 IAC 1-2.5-71 - "Suspect case" defined

Sec. 71.

"Suspect case" means a person, living or deceased, whose medical history, signs, symptoms, or laboratory evidence suggests that this person may be:

(1) incubating; or

(2) actively infected with; a communicable disease.
