Section 410 IAC 1-2.5-6 - "Blood center" defined

Sec. 6.

"Blood center" includes:

(1) a blood bank;

(2) a blood storage facility;

(3) a plasma center;

(4) a hospital; or

(5) another facility where blood or blood products are collected, or any facility where blood services are provided.
