Section 410 IAC 1-2.5-57 - "Postsecondary facility" defined

Sec. 57.

"Postsecondary facility" means a location (public or private) that provides education beyond the secondary (grade 12) level. This includes, but is not limited to:

(1) colleges;

(2) universities;

(3) vocational schools; or

(4) technical schools.
