Section 410 IAC 1-2.5-37 - "Health care worker" defined

Sec. 37.

"Health care worker" means a person who provides care, services, treatment, or procedures, whether as:

(1) a staff member;

(2) a volunteer; or

(3) a student; at a health care facility or as an employee of a health care facility.
