Section 410 IAC 1-2.5-3 - "Airborne precautions" defined

Sec. 3.

"Airborne precautions" means safeguards intended to prevent transmission of airborne infectious agents. Requirements for airborne precautions are presented in Guideline for Isolation Precautions: Preventing Transmission of Infectious Agents in Healthcare Settings 2007.
