Section 410 IAC 1-2.5-23 - "Daycare worker" defined

Sec. 23.

"Daycare worker" means any person, who as an employee or volunteer, provides care or supervision to children or adults, or both, or provides administrative, maintenance, or other services, at a daycare facility.
