Section 410 IAC 1-2.5-21 - "Counseling and testing site" defined

Sec. 21.

"Counseling and testing site" means a place that has been designated and approved by the department to counsel and test individuals anonymously or confidentially for HIV. Site types include, but are not limited to, the following:

(1) Community based organization.

(2) Local health department.

(3) Community health center.
