Section 410 IAC 1-2.2-7 - Confidentiality of notice

Sec. 7.

All notifications of persons at risk shall be conducted confidentially and in person by trained public health disease intervention specialists (DIS). All identified persons at risk shall receive information about counseling and be offered serologic testing.
