Section 410 IAC 1-2.2-3 - "High risk activity" defined

Sec. 3.

As used in this rule, "high risk activity" means sexual or needle sharing contact that has been demonstrated epidemiologically to transmit a dangerous communicable disease, such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), or Hepatitis B.
