Section 405 IAC 8-2-21 - "Medicare prescription drug plan" defined

Sec. 21.

"Medicare prescription drug plan" means an entity authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide prescription drug coverage to Medicare beneficiaries.
