Section 405 IAC 5-6-1 - Restricted utilization; generally

Sec. 1.

Certain members will have restricted utilization information linked to their Medicaid cards when it has been determined that services must be controlled. Providers or services that the member may or may not use can be identified through the automated voice response or eligibility verification system.
