Section 405 IAC 5-27-8 - Interventional radiology

Sec. 8.

(a) Medicaid reimbursement may be available for interventional radiology procedures as determined medically necessary by the office.

(b) Prior authorization shall be required for interventional radiologic procedures as determined by the office.
