Section 405 IAC 5-24-10 - Medical and nonmedical supply items for long term care facility residents

Sec. 10.

The cost of both medical and nonmedical supply items is included in the per diem rate for long term care facilities. Under no circumstances shall medical or nonmedical supplies and equipment be billed through a pharmacy or other provider.
