Section 405 IAC 5-2-15 - "Level of care" defined

Sec. 15.

"Level of care", in an inpatient hospital setting, means the reimbursement methodology used to pay providers for the services rendered, including diagnosis related group, psychiatric, rehabilitation, and burn.
