Sec. 3.
(a) Beginning January 1, 2014, an individual who:(1) is: (A) less than twenty-six (26) years of age; and(B) not eligible for and enrolled in other mandatory Medicaid coverage;(2) on becoming eighteen (18) years of age, was in foster care under the responsibility of a state or federally recognized tribe's responsibility, whether or not under Title IV Part E of the Social Security Act; and(3) was enrolled in a state plan under Title XIX of the Social Security Act, or under a waiver of a state plan while in foster care; is eligible for Medicaid.
