Sec. 3.
(a) Beginning January 1, 2014, an individual who: (1) is:(A) under twenty-six (26) years of age; and(B) not eligible for and enrolled in other mandatory Medicaid coverage;(2) was in foster care under the responsibility of the state of Indiana or a federally recognized tribe's responsibility, whether or not under Title IV-E; and(3) enrolled in Medicaid or any Section 1115 waiver demonstration pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1315 upon attaining eighteen (18) years of age; is eligible for Medicaid.
