Section 405 IAC 2-10-11 - Exemption

Sec. 11.

Real property that is disregarded for eligibility purposes in connection with the purchase and use of a qualified long term care insurance policy pursuant to IC 12-15-39.6-10 is exempt from lien placement and enforcement.
