Section 405 IAC 14-6-13 - Enhanced services

Sec. 13.

(a) PathWays MCOs are encouraged to cover enhanced programs and services beyond those services covered in PathWays designed to enhance the general health and quality of life of the MCO's PathWays members, including programs addressing preventive health, risk factors, or quality of life.

(b) A program or service offered by the MCO under subsection (a) must:

(1) be approved by the office before the MCO initiates the service or program; and

(2) comply with the requirements related to member incentives and inducements set forth in the MCO's contract with the office, and the relevant state and federal laws.
