Section 405 IAC 14-5-3 - Covered services

Sec. 3.

(a) Individuals enrolled in HHW based on Medicaid eligibility shall receive the traditional Medicaid services outlined in 405 IAC 5.

(b) Individuals enrolled in HHW based on CHIP eligibility shall receive covered CHIP services outlined in 405 IAC 13.
