Sec. 41.
"PathWays" or "Indiana PathWays for Aging", for purposes of this article, means the office's statewide managed care program for Medicaid enrollees at least sixty (60) years of age and eligible for Medicaid based on age, blindness, or disability, including those who have a full Medicare benefit, are in a nursing facility, and are receiving LTSS in a home or community based setting.
