Section 405 IAC 14-2-3 - "Aligned enrollment" defined

Sec. 3.

"Aligned enrollment" means full benefit dual eligible beneficiaries enrollment in a dual eligible special needs plan (D-SNP), whose Medicaid benefits are covered under the MCO's Medicaid contract and the D-SNP's Medicare Advantage organization, the D-SNP's parent organization, or an entity owned and controlled by the D-SNP's parent organization.
