Section 405 IAC 14-2-22 - "Federally qualified health center" or "FQHC" defined

Sec. 22.

"Federally qualified health center" or "FQHC" means an entity certified by CMS to meet the FQHC requirements under 42 U.S.C. 1395x(aa)(3) and enrolled as a provider by the office.
