Section 405 IAC 14-2-14 - "Credentialing" defined

Sec. 14.

"Credentialing" means the process of obtaining, verifying, and evaluating information regarding applicable licensure, accreditation, certification, educational, and practice requirements to determine whether a provider has the required credentials to deliver specific covered services to enrollees.
