Section 405 IAC 10-8-3 - Network

Sec. 3.

The managed care organization shall maintain and monitor an adequate network of providers in accordance with 42 CFR 438.206. The managed care organization shall not maintain network differentiation between its HIP Plus and HIP Basic benefit plans.
