Section 405 IAC 10-12-5 - Community engagement minimum requirements

Sec. 5.

(a) All members not meeting an exemption in section 3 of this rule shall be required to meet the GTW community engagement hours as outlined in subsection (b).

(b) HIP members entering the program any time during the phase-in period shall be required to meet the minimum hours per week using the following criteria:

July 1, 2019 - September 30, 2019	5
October 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019	10
January 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020	15
July 1, 2020, and beyond	20
