Section 405 IAC 10-10-8 - Reporting changes

Sec. 8.

A member shall promptly report any change that may affect the member's continued eligibility in the plan, including any of the following qualifying events:

(1) A change in family status that results in an increase or decrease in the number of individuals in the member's household.

(2) Any change in employment status or household income.
