Section 405 IAC 1-21-2 - "Psychiatric residential treatment facility" or "PRTF" defined

Sec. 2.

As used in this rule, "psychiatric residential treatment facility" or "PRTF" means a facility that is licensed under 465 IAC 2-11 as a private secure child caring institution and meets the requirements set forth in 405 IAC 5-20-3.1.
