Section 370 IAC 1-2-3 - Temperature requirements; transportation

Sec. 3.

All eggs packed in containers for the purpose of resale to consumers shall be transported under refrigeration at an ambient temperature no greater than forty-five (45) degrees Fahrenheit or seven and two-tenths (7.2) degrees Celsius.
