Sec. 15.
Representative samples must be taken from each delivery of milk after blending and before any milk is drawn from the bulk tank as follows:
(1) The sample size must not be less than forty (40) milliliters.(2) The sample dipper must be stainless steel and not hold more than one-half (1/2) the quantity of milk required for a sample. Two (2) or more dips to obtain a sample will decrease the chance of sampling error.(3) The sample container shall be of a size and design that will minimize churning and meet the requirements of the dairy division of the Indiana state board of animal health.
