Sec. 1.
Application for the renewal of dairy processing plant licenses and receiving station licenses must be made on forms furnished by the creamery license division. The application form must be properly and completely filled out before a license will be issued. The application form, together with the annual license fee, must be sent to the creamery license division before the date of opening of plant or station.
