Section 360 IAC 1-7-4 - Re-examinations

Sec. 4.

Any re-examination of a sample to secure information not furnished on the original report, or any analysis or test to obtain information not specifically required by IC 15-4-1[IC 15-4 was repealed by P.L. 2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-15-1.], will be subject to a charge in proportion to the amount of work required.
