Sec. 10.

File Sample of Seed. The requirement to keep for one year a file sample of each lot of seed after final disposition of the lot will be deemed to have been met if a representative sample is submitted to, or an official sample is obtained by, either the State Seed Commissioner or the Indiana Crop Improvement Association.
