Sec. 1.
The following definitions apply throughout this rule:
(1) "Employee training" means training approved by the state chemist that is required to be provided by the registered pesticide consultant to employees to enable them to accurately convey pesticide use and safety advice to their pesticide customers.(2) "Public notification" means the signage that must be posted in a public area at the registered pesticide consultant establishment to notify the pesticide customer of the customer's ultimate responsibility to read and follow the directions on the pesticide label and labeling.(3) "Registered pesticide consultant" means a retail business establishment that sells any pesticide, except restricted use pesticides as defined in IC 15-3-3.6-2(26)[IC 15-3 was repealed by P.L. 2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008.
