Sec. 4.
(a) Except as provided in section 5 of this rule, an individual may not use or supervise the use of a pesticide at a school without having obtained a commercial applicator license from the state chemist.(b) Completing the certification procedures described in 355 IAC 4-1 shall be a qualifying requirement for a commercial applicator license.(c) A commercial applicator license shall be issued in one (1) or more of the categories described in 355 IAC 4-1-3.(d) The license category in subsection (c) must be relevant to the use of the pesticide at the school by the applicator.
