Section 355 IAC 9-2-3 - "Legal citation" defined

Sec. 3.

"Legal citation" means the Indiana Code or the Indiana Administrative Code section or subsection cited on the schedule to describe the relevant portion of a fertilizer statute or rule that has been violated.
