Section 355 IAC 8-2-7 - "Distribute" defined

Sec. 7.

"Distribute" means to:

(1) offer for sale;

(2) sell;

(3) exchange;

(4) barter;

(5) supply; or

(6) offer to supply;

fertilizer material.
