Section 355 IAC 7-3-3 - Distribution of fertilizer material

Sec. 3.

All fertilizer material distributed for the purpose of producing an agricultural crop must be distributed:

(1) by a person that has a valid fertilizer business license; and

(2) to a person that has a valid:

(A) fertilizer business license;

(B) commercial applicator license; or

(C) private applicator certification.
