Section 355 IAC 7-2-5 - "Certified applicator" defined

Sec. 5.

"Certified applicator" means any individual who has been issued a certificate or licensing credential under this article as evidence of the individual's qualifications to use fertilizer material. The term includes both commercial applicators and private applicators.
